Boadicea's Big Days Out

The magnificent war chariot which Queen Boadicea rode into battle was one of the defining symbols of her feminine valor – so at Boadicea the Victorious we’ve always had a love for the most individual styles of modern transport.

Maybe that’s why we love the first couple of weeks of September when we will be returning to two wonderful events that celebrate the greatest of modern motoring.

First, over the weekend of September 1-3, we will again be a sponsor at Salon Privé, the amazing festival in the historic grounds of Blenheim Palace which brings together all the finest brands of supercars.  It is the only event in the UK where owners and potential buyers can view the majority of current super and luxury car brands all together on one lawn or in motion as they parade through the grounds.

The three day event is far more than a car show, however. It takes place in a relaxed and intimate garden party atmosphere on the elegant lawns around Blenheim’s magnificent 18th century mansion.

A week later we move from modern to historic as Goodwood Revival plays host to classic sports cars of the 1950s and 1960s.

It’s an atmospheric weekend when many racegoers come in period costume, and we love the olde worlde atmosphere to showcase the traditional craftsmanship and British heritage of our wonderful perfumes. We hope to see you there.
